Once return is agreed, returnable items need to be sent back in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please Make sure order details are added in return package.
Buyer is liable for return postage.
Refunds will be issued on orders within 7 working days of receiving goods back in a satisfactory condition. Refunds will be made on item price minus any postage and packing costs.
